Set up your About, Gallery, and Contact pages

Your booking site has public pages anyone can browse without signing in: Services, Gallery, About, and Contact. You edit them under My Page in the sidebar.

About

Add a heading, a few paragraphs about you and your work, and a photo. Blank lines become paragraph breaks. Leave it empty and the About page stays hidden.

Cancellation policy

Also on the About tab. Write your rules for cancellations, late arrivals, and no shows, and tick Show this to my clients. It then appears on your About page, on the last step of booking, and as a link in your booking site's footer.

Gallery

Upload up to 30 photos of your work, add captions, and change their order. Choose Add photos and select as many as you like at once; they upload one after another in the background while you keep working, and large phone photos are resized automatically. The Gallery page stays hidden until you add your first photo.

Contact

This tab shows what your Contact page will display: your phone number, your hours, and optionally your email and address. Switch the email and address on or off here. To change the details themselves, go to Settings, then Business Details. See Business details.

Social links

Add your Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, and YouTube. Paste a full link or just your username. Leave a field blank to hide it. The icons appear in your booking site's menu and on the Contact page.

Web address, booking, and branding

The Web address tab holds your booking site address and QR code; see Share your booking site and QR code. The Booking tab is where you turn on online booking and set your hours; see Turn on online booking. On the Branded plan, the Branding tab sets your logo and colors; see Add your logo and brand color.
