By accessing or using Lumidara ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Lumidara provides scheduling, loyalty program management, and client retention tools for beauty businesses. The Service includes a business dashboard, client portal, email and SMS automation, and related features.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
When you sign up for a paid plan, you receive a 30-day free trial with full access to that plan's features. We collect a valid payment method at signup, but you are not charged during the trial period. At the end of the 30-day trial, your subscription begins automatically and your payment method is charged the monthly subscription fee. Subscriptions renew automatically each month at the then-current rate until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no refunds are provided for partial billing periods or unused time on an active subscription.
You agree not to use the Service to: send unsolicited communications (spam), violate any applicable laws or regulations, infringe on the rights of others, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
You are responsible for obtaining proper consent from your clients before sending SMS or email communications through the Service. You must comply with all applicable regulations including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CAN-SPAM Act.
You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. We do not sell your data or your clients' data to third parties. You may export or delete your data at any time.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumidara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the billing portal. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
