Lumidara ("the Service") is operated by AD Ventures LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. Lumidara is a trade name of AD Ventures LLC. In these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to AD Ventures LLC.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Lumidara provides scheduling, loyalty program management, and client retention tools for beauty businesses. The Service includes a business dashboard, client portal, email and SMS automation, and related features.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
When you first sign up for a paid plan, you receive a 30-day free trial with full access to that plan's features. We collect a valid payment method at signup, but you are not charged during the trial period. The free trial is available once per account. If you cancel and later resubscribe, or if you convert from a partner program that provided free access, your subscription begins and is billed immediately with no trial period.
At the end of the trial, your subscription begins automatically and your payment method is charged the monthly subscription fee. Subscriptions renew automatically each month at the then-current rate until you cancel.
If you change plans while subscribed, the change takes effect immediately and the difference in price is prorated for the remainder of your current billing period. That proration appears on your next invoice alongside your regular monthly charge.
We may offer promotional pricing or discount codes from time to time. Any discount applies according to the terms stated when it is offered, including its duration and any eligibility conditions. A promotional rate does not change the underlying plan price, and your subscription renews at the discounted rate only for as long as that discount remains in effect.
You may cancel at any time from your billing page. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no refunds are provided for partial billing periods or unused time on an active subscription.
You agree not to use the Service to: send unsolicited communications (spam), violate any applicable laws or regulations, infringe on the rights of others, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
When you turn on reminder texts, Lumidara sends them on your behalf and collects your clients' consent through your booking page. If you mark a client as having agreed to texts in your dashboard, you confirm that client gave you that consent in person or in writing. You remain responsible for having consent for the emails you send through the Service, in line with the CAN-SPAM Act and other applicable law.
Businesses using Lumidara can send appointment reminder texts to clients who agree to receive them. Lumidara sends them from a single toll free number on behalf of the business named in each message.
Agreeing to texts is optional and is never a condition of booking or buying anything.
You will receive about one message per booked appointment. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any message to stop reminder texts. Because every business on Lumidara sends from the same number, STOP turns off reminder texts from all of them. We will email you instructions for turning them back on. Reply START at any time to resume.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Texts are available to mobile numbers in the United States and Canada.

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. We do not sell your data or your clients' data to third parties. You may export or delete your data at any time.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AD Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Cancelling a paid subscription from your billing page moves your account to the free Starter plan and keeps your data.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deletion is immediate and permanent: your business, client, appointment, and payment data is deleted and cannot be recovered, and any paid subscription ends at once with no refund for the rest of the billing period. Export anything you want to keep before deleting.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or out of your use of the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
