What counts toward the monthly send limit?
Broadcasts you send yourself. Pro includes 500 of those sends a month and Branded includes 5,000.
Do you send text messages?
Appointment reminders can go out by text as well as email on Pro and Branded, to clients who agreed to texts when they joined. Pro includes 150 reminder texts a month and Branded includes 500. Other campaigns are sent by email.
