How the free trial works

The first time a studio chooses Pro or Branded, it gets a 30 day free trial.

Starting the trial

Choose the plan and add a card at checkout. Nothing is charged during the trial, and you get every feature of the plan straight away.

When the trial ends

We email you a few days before it ends. On the last day, your card is charged for the plan and billing continues each month.

Cancel before you are charged

Go to Billing, choose Change plan, and pick Starter. You keep the paid features until the trial ends, then move to Starter without being charged.

Switching plans during the trial

Moving between Pro and Branded during the trial keeps the same end date. It does not start a new trial.

One trial per studio

The trial is only for a studio's first paid plan. If you have had a trial before, a new paid plan starts billing right away, and the plan picker shows that before you confirm.
