How clients sign in to your booking site
Clients sign in to your booking site with their phone number and a text message code, with no password to remember. Here is what they see.
Your clients never create a password. They sign in with their phone number, and we text them a code to prove it is theirs.
What the client does
- Opens your booking site, for example by scanning your QR code or tapping the link in your bio.
- Enters their phone number and taps Send code.
- Types the 6 digit code from the text message.
- If they are new to your studio, they add a few details, like their name, to finish signing up.
After that they can book (if online booking is on), see upcoming appointments, check their points, pay, and cancel an appointment themselves.
Browsing does not need a sign in
Anyone can look at your services, prices, gallery, and contact details without signing in. The code step only happens when someone wants to book or see their own account.
Clients you added yourself
If you added or imported a client, they sign in with the same phone number you have on file and see their history straight away. If their number has changed, update it on their client profile first.
