Add a client

Go to Clients and click to add a client. Fill in their name, phone, email, birthday, and how they prefer to be contacted, then save.

• The phone number is how the client signs in to your booking site, so make sure it is their mobile.
• The email is where confirmations, reminders, and campaigns go.
• The birthday lets the birthday email find them, if you use it.

The welcome email

If your Welcome Email campaign is on (it is by default) and the client has an email address, they get it right after you add them. Clients who sign up themselves on your booking site get it too. Importing a list does not send it.

You do not have to add everyone by hand. Share your booking site or QR code, and clients who sign up there appear in your list automatically.

Client limit

Starter includes up to 5 clients. Pro and Branded have unlimited clients.
