Send a one-off email campaign

A one-off campaign is an email you write once and send to a chosen group, like a holiday opening or a new service. One-off campaigns are included on Pro and Branded.

Create one

1. Go to Campaigns and start a new one-off campaign.
2. Write a subject and message. Placeholders like {first_name} are filled in for each client.
3. Choose an Audience.
4. Send it now, or choose Schedule for later and pick a time.

Audiences

• All clients
• Recent visitors: visited in the last 30, 60, or 90 days
• Lapsed clients: have not visited in 60, 90, or 180 days, including clients who never booked
• Birthday this month
• New sign ups: joined in the last 7, 14, or 30 days
• One client

Clients without an email address, and clients who have unsubscribed from marketing emails, are always left out automatically.

Monthly limit

One-off campaigns can go to 500 recipients a month on Pro and 5,000 on Branded. Automated emails like reminders do not count toward it.
