Aftercare instructions

Aftercare guides tell clients how to look after their lashes, nails, brows, or skin after a visit. Clients see the guides you share with them when they sign in to your booking site. Aftercare is included on Pro and Branded.

Create a guide

1. Go to Services and find the aftercare section.
2. Start a new guide, or Choose a template from the starter library and edit it to match how you work.
3. Add a title and your instructions, then save. Keep Active (visible to assigned clients) ticked.

Share it with a client

1. Open the client's profile and go to the Aftercare tab.
2. Turn on each guide that applies to them. Anything turned on appears in their account on your booking site.

Personalize for one client

On the same tab, use Edit on a guide to change it for this client only, for example a different wash time for sensitive skin. Your original guide is not changed, and the client's copy is marked Personalized.
