Add and edit your services

Your services are the menu clients choose from. Go to Services in the sidebar and click to add one.

The basics

• Name and Category: what the client sees, and how it is grouped.
• Duration (min): how long the appointment blocks on your calendar.
• Price ($): shown on your booking site and used for payments.
• Active (visible to clients): untick this to hide a service without deleting it.

Optional settings

• Buffer after (min): time kept free after this service before the next booking can start. Useful for cleanup, sterilization, or setup. Clients never see it; it simply stops back to back bookings.
• Booking deposit: a fixed amount, a percent of the price, or the full price, collected when a client books this service online. See Deposits and full payment.
• Photo: shown on the service's card on your booking site. You can add it while creating the service. Services without a photo show an icon that matches the service instead, such as a hair dryer for a blowout. When at least half your services have photos, your booking site shows them as large photo cards.
• Available days: limit a service to certain days of the week. With every day selected, it is available whenever you are open.
