Redeem a reward for a client

Rewards come in two kinds, and each is redeemed in its own place. Loyalty needs to be turned on.

Service rewards

A service reward is something off an appointment, like a free add on or a discount. Apply it from the appointment itself:

1. On your Schedule, open the client's appointment.
2. Choose the option to apply a reward and pick one the client has enough points for.
3. If the reward is a discount or a free service, adjust the service price shown so the appointment charges the right amount.

The points come off the client's balance straight away, and the appointment shows Reward applied. You can remove it again if you picked the wrong one.

Product rewards

A product reward is redeemed on its own, like a retail item or a gift card. Open the client's profile, go to the Points tab, and use Redeem reward.

What clients see

Clients see their balance and your rewards when they sign in to your booking site, so they know what they are working toward. Redemptions are always done by you.
