Referral program

Referrals turn happy clients into new ones. Each client gets a personal link to share, and when a friend signs up through it and completes their first visit, the client who shared it earns points. Referrals use your loyalty points, so loyalty needs to be turned on.

Turn it on

Go to Referrals in the sidebar and switch on the Referral program. Clients then find their link in their account on your booking site.

Set the reward

The number of points is set on the Referral reward campaign on your Campaigns page. That campaign also emails the client to tell them their referral paid off. The Referrals page shows the current reward, and warns you if the program is on but the reward is switched off or set to zero.

Who earns what

Only the client who shared the link earns points, and only once their friend has completed a first visit. Signing up alone does not count.

Track referrals

The Referrals page lists every referral, who it came from, whether the friend has visited yet, and the points paid out.
