Delete your account

Deleting your account is permanent. If you only want to stop paying, move to the free plan instead: your clients, history, and booking site all stay.

Before you delete

Export your client list if you want a copy. Once your account is deleted, nothing can be recovered, by you or by us.

Delete your account

1. Go to Settings and open the Account tab.
2. Under Delete account, choose Delete account.
3. Enter your password, type DELETE, and confirm.

You are signed out and the account is gone straight away.

What happens

• Your business, booking site, clients, appointments, payment history, rewards, campaigns, and photos are deleted.
• Your clients can no longer visit your booking site or sign in to it.
• A paid subscription ends immediately, with no refund for the rest of the billing period.
• Lumidara is disconnected from Square, if you used it. Your own Stripe or Square account is not affected, and the payments you took stay in it.
• Your past invoices from us stay with our payment processor, as billing records.

You can sign up again later with the same email, but you start from an empty account.
