Export your client list

Go to Clients and choose Export. Your browser downloads a CSV file with every client, named after your booking site address and today's date. Export is free on every plan.

What is in the file

One row per client, with these columns:

• First name, last name, email, phone, birthday, and notes
• Contact preference, and whether they get text messages
• Points balance and total points earned
• Visits, total spent, and total tips
• Last visit and the date they became a client
• Their referral code

Opening it

The file opens in Excel, Google Sheets, or Numbers. In Google Sheets, choose File, then Import, and upload it.

Good to know

• The file can be imported again, here or into another app. The column names match what our import step looks for.
• If a name or note starts with a symbol such as = or +, the file shows it with an apostrophe in front. That stops a spreadsheet from treating it as a formula.
• The file holds your clients' personal details, so store and share it with care.
