Special prices for a client

Some clients pay a different price than everyone else. You can set that price once and Lumidara uses it every time they book.

Set a client's prices

1. Open the client's profile and go to the Pricing tab.
2. Type their price next to any service. Leave a service blank to keep your regular price.
3. Click Save prices.

Apply % off to all fills in every service at a percentage off your regular prices, and Clear all puts every service back on the regular price. Nothing changes until you save.

Where the price is used

• Your booking site, when that client is signed in. They see a note that their special prices are shown, with your regular price crossed out when theirs is lower. Visitors who are not signed in see your regular prices.
• Appointments you book for them from the Schedule or their profile, including services you add to an appointment later.
• Deposits, which are worked out from their price.

A service with a starting price keeps its + at the client's price, so you can still set the final amount when you complete the visit. A client's price can also be higher than your regular price; they then see only their own price.

Appointments that are already booked keep the price they were booked at. A change only affects bookings made after it.
